i’m a sorbet making machine!

for this one, i warmed blueberries in a pan with a bunch of that lavender lemon jelly that never quite jelled.  i mashed and strained and tasted and wanted more lavender!

i made a quick syrup, melted sugar into water and poured it over a handful of lavender.  steeped for about a half hour and strained.

mixed everything together and, perfection!  this is a winning combo!
